云南昆明大跨距橋架由拉擠玻璃鋼型材組裝而成,適用于電力電纜、控制電纜、照明電纜及附件。與鐵橋梁相比,它的優(yōu)點(diǎn)是使用壽命長(zhǎng)(一般設(shè)計(jì)壽命為20年),安裝方便快捷、成本低(只有1 / 4的比例碳鋼、不需要消防建設(shè),一個(gè)橋的長(zhǎng)度可以達(dá)到8米甚至更長(zhǎng)),方便切割和沒有維護(hù)。
大跨距橋架產(chǎn)品選型要點(diǎn):
1)電纜橋架、干線及其支吊架在腐蝕性環(huán)境中使用時(shí),應(yīng)采用耐腐蝕的剛性材料制作或作防腐處理。防腐處理方法應(yīng)滿足工程環(huán)境和耐久性的要求。
2)部分的防火要求,電纜梯架和托盤可以添加防火阻燃板,網(wǎng)和其他材料形成一個(gè)封閉或半閉結(jié)構(gòu),適用和耐火涂層表面的電纜橋架及其支持和衣架,整體耐火性能應(yīng)滿足有關(guān)規(guī)范或標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的要求。
3)鋁合金電纜橋架不宜在防火要求較高的場(chǎng)所使用。
4)電纜梯架、托盤寬度、高度的選擇應(yīng)滿足填充率的要求。電纜梯架、托盤的填充率一般可為電力電纜40% - 50%,控制電纜50% - 70%,預(yù)留10% - 25%的工程發(fā)展余量。
5)選擇電纜橋架的荷載等級(jí)時(shí),電纜橋架的工作均布荷載不得大于電纜橋架所選荷載等級(jí)的額定均布荷載。如果電纜橋架的支吊架實(shí)際跨距不等于2m,則工作均布荷載應(yīng)滿足要求。
6)在滿足相應(yīng)荷載的條件下,各部件及支吊架的規(guī)格、尺寸應(yīng)與托盤、梯子系列的直線段、彎頭相匹配。
7)選擇電纜橋架的彎曲或引導(dǎo)上下裝置時(shí),應(yīng)不小于電纜在電纜橋架內(nèi)的較小允許彎曲半徑。
8)對(duì)于跨距大于6m的鋼制電纜橋架、跨距大于2m的鋁合金電纜橋架或承載要求大于荷載D級(jí)的,應(yīng)根據(jù)工程條件進(jìn)行強(qiáng)度、剛度和穩(wěn)定性計(jì)算或試驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證。
9)當(dāng)幾組電纜橋架在同一高度平行敷設(shè)時(shí),應(yīng)考慮相鄰電纜橋架之間的檢修距離。
Yunnan Kunming long span bridge is assembled by pultruded FRP profiles, suitable for power cables, control cables, lighting cables and accessories. Key points of product selection of long-span bridge:
1) When the cable tray, trunk line and its support and hanger are used in corrosive environment, they should be made of corrosion-resistant rigid materials or treated with anticorrosion. The anti-corrosion treatment method should meet the requirements of engineering environment and durability.
2) Part of the fire protection requirements, cable ladder and tray can add fire retardant plate, net and other materials to form a closed or semi-closed structure, applicable and refractory coating surface of the cable tray and its support and hanger, the overall fire resistance should meet the requirements of the relevant specifications or standards.
3) Aluminum alloy cable bridge should not be used in places with higher fire protection requirements.
4) The selection of cable ladder and tray width and height should meet the requirements of filling rate. The filling rate of cable ladder and tray can generally be 40%-50% for power cable, 50%-70% for control cable, and 10%-25% for project development allowance.
5) When selecting the load grade of cable bridge, the uniform load of cable bridge shall not be greater than the rated uniform load of the selected load grade of cable bridge. If the actual span of the support and hanger of the cable bridge is not equal to 2m, the uniform working load should meet the requirements.
6) Under the condition of meeting the corresponding load, the specifications and dimensions of all parts and supports and hangers shall match the straight line and elbow of tray and ladder series.
7) When selecting the bending of the cable tray or guiding the upper and lower devices, it should not be less than the smaller allowable bending radius of the cable in the cable tray.
8) For the steel cable bridge with a span greater than 6m, aluminum alloy cable bridge with a span greater than 2m or the bearing capacity requirements greater than the load of GRADE D, the strength, stiffness and stability should be calculated or verified according to the engineering conditions.
9) When several groups of cable Bridges are laid in parallel at the same height, the maintenance distance between adjacent cable Bridges should be considered.
